Hassan Saeed Abaragh accumulates over 20 years of experience in international business law and dispute resolution in France, Japan, UAE and GCC countries. In 2013, he co-founded the International Consultant Law Office (ICLO) with the objective of it being a boutique law firm based in Abu Dhabi (UAE) and focusing on arbitration and international business law.

Hassan sits as an arbitrator and appears as counsel and co-counsel in local, regional and international arbitrations. He is also actively involved in the development of ICLO’s arbitration practice in the UAE and MENA region. He is actively leading the firm’s practice that deals with Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Block chain.


Hassan Saeed graduated with a Master of Laws in English and North American Business Law (LL.M) from Paris 1, Sorbonne University in 1995. He obtained a Master of Laws in International and European Community Law (LL.M), in Paris 10, Nanterre University in 1994. He holds also a Diploma of Japanese Culture and Civilization from Shimane University, Matsue, Japan, 1999.
