Zaynab Penot graduated with a Master degree in Corporate Law from Liverpool University in United Kingdom and a further Master degree in International Arbitration from Sorbonne University in Paris. Zaynab has been admitted to the Paris Bar in 2013.
Zaynab acquired experience in French & Qatari law firms in corporate and arbitration practices.
In 2013, she joined the Commercial Conciliation & Arbitration Center (ADCCAC) of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce as a case manager.
In 2014, Zaynab joined ICLO. She is involved in corporate matters and arbitration. She acts as counsel in ad hoc proceedings and in arbitration proceedings conducted under various rules, including those of the ICC, SIAC, ADCCAC, DIFC-LCIA.
Zaynab has published a number of articles and co-launched the first “UAE Arbitration Yearbook”, a yearly publication edited by the “International Consultant Law Office” (ICLO) since 2015.
